The House from the FNAF 4 Minigames Is Henry's, and the Bitten Child Is the Puppet's Brother
I've actually been saying this ever since SL came out, but I feel the need to reemphasize this now that we have more evidence.
Many people have assumed that the house in 4 is Afton's house - after all, it's connected to CBEAR according to the blueprints, and the furniture matches that in the SL television cutscenes. However, there are several pieces of evidence that make me believe this is not the case.
First, we know that Henry's daughter is the Puppet. It's also heavily implied that the Puppet is controlling the Fredbear plush - it sits on the grandfather clock as a nod to the Puppet's music box, promises to fix the Bitten Child ala Happiest Day (heck, the Night 6 minigame closely resembles Give Gifts Give Life), and the Puppet's strings were even attached to a Freddy plushie in one of the teasers for 6. And the main thing the Fredbear Plush does... is take care of the Bitten Child.
Henry in TSE has two children - Sammy and Charlie. Given that it’s probably likely that Charlie is indeed the Puppet in canon, it’s also likely Sammy is canon. And considering how much the Plush/Puppet cares for the Bitten Child, it’s very likely he’s her sibling. You ever notice how the Puppet looks almost exactly like the Bitten Child?
“He was mine,” [Charlie] said. “I mean, he was my brother. We were the same.” [...] “Sorry,” she said, speaking more slowly, trying to choose her words with care. “I think he was my twin brother.”
Keeping that in mind, here’s the big question: Is the minigame house from FNAF 4 that the Bitten Child is in Henry’s house, or did William kidnap him ala TSE?
First, it’s important to note that the map in SL confirms the minigame house and the gameplay house from 4 are connected to CBEAR.

While this is certainly true of William’s house (seeing as Minireenas can just show up while Michael’s watching TV), TTO heavily implies the same can be said for Henry’s house. In that book, it’s confirmed that Henry’s house is connected to an underground pizzeria, most likely a Sister Location considering the lack of Freddy’s characters, built by William Afton. Sounds a bit familiar, right?
Even the premise of the FNAF 4 gameplay lines up - in the book, the Twisted animatronics specifically target Charlie, presumably because she’s Henry’s daughter. It’s even implied they’ve been under her house for years, ever since she was a little kid.
However, there’s one huge piece of evidence that very directly points to the house from being the FNAF 4 room: the empty little girl’s room.
“But wait!“, you say, “that could have been Elizebeth’s room!“. And that is a fair way of looking at it. It’s not so much the room itself that’s important in figuring out which family this is - believe it or not, it’s the Mangle toy.
Tumblr media
First, the Mangle toy is, well, a Mangle toy. Assuming it follows the pattern of the other tiny toys vs Toy animatronics, it should look exactly like the Mangle in FNAF 2... which is not anything like William’s Funtime Foxy. It’s even missing his basic design elements, such as the five fingers or tubular endoskeletons. In fact, if you look at Scott’s WIP model of SL’s FT Foxy, he had actually made them purple originally before switching it. If Afton made the toy, wouldn’t Scott have made it pink from the get-go because the designs would be the same?
However, one could argue you can’t really see what the design is from that little sprite, which is where our second piece of evidence comes in: Making toy animatronics for children was Henry’s thing.
See, in TSE and TTO there are multiple scenes involving animatronic toys Henry made - exactly like what we see in the FNAF 4 minigames. And as a further kicker, he made these toys for Charlie - his daughter. The Mangle toy looks different than FT Foxy because, as established in TTO, William and Henry have completely different styles when it comes to making animatronics.
And if you’re still not convinced, there’s one serious piece of evidence that very directly connects the room in 4 to the Puppet, not Elizebeth. In Mangle’s Quest you’re normally in a house. However, traveling to the right area results in finding... a silhouette of the Puppet. In all of the other minigames, the silhouettes are the same size as the player character. Here, the silhouette is inexplicably HUGE, as if the Puppet was gigantic... or rather, as if Mangle was toy sized in comparison.

And finally, the most basic piece of evidence: The story originally ended with 1-4, period. Elizabeth wasn’t even introduced until SL, making it impossible for anyone to determine that that was supposed to be her bedroom. But with the implications of the missing bedroom and the Plush being the Puppet, one could (and many did) realize that the room belonged to the Puppet child after 4â€Čs release - meaning that, yes, you could solve it using only the first four games if the room is the Puppet child’s.
In short: The house in 4 is Henry's. The Bitten Child is the Puppet Child's brother, and that's her room with her Funtime Foxy toy in it. This is why she controls the Fredbear Plush: because she's trying to keep her twin brother safe. After all, Henry said she had a thing for protecting people, right?
TL;DR: The girl’s room in 4 is the Puppet’s, which is why Mangle doesn’t match William’s FT Foxy design and why there’s a huge Puppet is in Mangle’s Quest. This makes the Bitten Child Henry’s son and solidifies the house in 4â€Čs minigames as his.
